- Task metadata (task IDs, titles from existing PM system)
- Aggregated team analytics (heatmaps, streak patterns)

You own your data. HEAT operates under a privacy-first model:
- Developers control what data is shared with managers
- Organizations own all generated analytics
- No data leaves your infrastructure without explicit consent

- HEAT implementations are typically self-hosted or deployed in your cloud
- Documentation site hosted on Cloudflare Pages
- No third-party tracking or advertising
